Money Train 1995

John, a black-skinned officer, and Charlie, a white-skinned officer, two undercover cops working for the New York City Subway Corporation, consider each other as brothers. After Charlie's disillusionment with his job and emotional relationship, he decides to rob a train carrying money. However, John becomes aware of his plan and tries to prevent the theft.
